Pinched nerve in neck

Hi all,

After sleeping "wrong", I've awoke with a pinched nerve in my neck. I couldn't stand the pain & was not sleeping well so I made 3 appointments to have my chiropractor adjust it away. I felt some relief but here it is one week later and it still hurts enough that I have 2 more visits scheduled. I told Peter about the pain and he said, “sit down”. He had me stretch/resist my arms in 3 new ways, as well as, apply peppermint oil to the afflicted area and then spend 1/2 hour in "the chair". I am a believer, my neck pain is nearly gone and my range of motion is back to 90%. Tonight I will again stretch and repeat in the morning. I am sure I will be canceling all my chiropractor appointments, as they will not be needed!

I've learned that with training we can get ourselves back into alignment and alleviate most of our pain. Come & see for yourself!

Thanks, Kathy. These are typical results for my neck issue clients - release the muscle tension and the pain and mobility issues subside. Chronic problems developed over months or years take longer, but improvement is noted from the very first treatment, and progress is usually much quicker than with other modalities.
