Over the last twenty years I've trained everyone from health-challenged beginners to national caliber athletes. I've studied under two Olympic coaches. I've traveled thousands of miles and spent thousands of dollars to put together a program incorporating everything from elite athletic training, martial arts and qi gong techniques to cognitive psychology, and integrated all that with Meridian Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training, the breakthrough technique that doubles the effectiveness of your workout while training true functional fitness. Personal Training sessions are $100 per hour, and feature advanced hydration and focusing techniques. Packages of 5 sessions are available for $475, or 10 for $900. Sessions may be followed by a HyperFormance Recovery Session consisting of a Mind/Body Massage, a Far Infrared Sauna/Ultimate Detox and a Passive Aerobic Exerciser session (70 minutes total) for $50 more.
